Spa Manager - Fremantle

Your Role

endota Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

As the face of the spa, the Spa Manager is responsible for:

• Creating an optimal working environment where you lead, engage, and develop a high performing team of therapists in-line with our values
• Financial Performance of the spa including: achieving spa budget & KPI’s, forecasting targets and roster management
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service to build up your spa’s client base
• Managing spa recruitment needs and onboarding new team members
• Daily spa operations including: optimising client bookings, inventory management and maintaining spa presentation standards

Your Skills & Experience

• Previous spa management experience
• You must hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (a Diploma in Salon Management is highly advantageous, but not essential)
• You have availability to work late nights and weekends
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti)

• You are a confident leader with previous experience managing a team of therapists
• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service
• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation
• You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills
