Your Role 

Beauty Trainer & Assessor - Part time position - 3 days per week 
Monday - Wednesday

endota Wellness College Trainer & Assessors are passionate about providing a high level of training to our students throughout the learning journey at our campus in Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of the Diploma curriculum training and undertaking assessment according to the regulatory requirements 
• Using your professional knowledge, you will support student needs, to achieve your KPIs.
• Preparation and administration around class training
• Complete lesson plans 
• Professional Development Validation

Your Skills and Experience

We want our Beauty Therapist students to benefit from industry-led instruction and be mentored by highly knowledgeable and inspiring trainers, who share the strong underlying values and philosophies of our brand. 

• You MUST hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• You MUST hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
• You have previous experience delivering exceptional and Beauty Therapy training in an RTO setting minimum 3 years 
• You demonstrate a natural ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building trust and rapport with others
• You possess excellent time management and have the ability to work independently
• You have a Working with Children card (or be willing to acquire one)
• You can provide evidence of recent practical beauty therapy experience
• You have the flexibility to work daytime and evening hours as timetabled
