In Spa Trainer - Armadale 

Your Role  
 

endota In Spa Trainers are passionate about leading and developing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance. 

As the In Spa Trainer at endota, you are responsible for: 

• Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services on clients. 

• Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs. 

• Delivering training on the endota spa service sequences, methods and product knowledge to the broader spa team.

• Ensuring endota therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail requirements. 

Your Skills & Experience 

• You must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous).

• You have availability to work late nights and weekends. 

• You are a confident trainer with previous training experience a team of therapists. 

• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service. 

• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.  

• You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
