About the role

endota is looking for a full time Territory Manager, to be a key driver in building relationships with retail partners and driving product sales in your assigned territory. Reporting to our Business Development Manager, this is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to manage existing accounts and create new relationships.

The role is a remote position, travel in the designated territory is required. Occasional travel to our support centre in Melbourne is also required from time to time. A car allowance will be provided in addition to the salary package

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Achievement of territory KPI, sales and targets.

• Provide coaching and education to retail partners to maximise sales.

• Troubleshoot client queries, challenges, issues.

• Develop and execute initiatives that drive retail growth.

• Administration tasks.

• Attend in store events 1 day per fortnight (5 hours).

• Support retail partners with customer sales.

• Successful applicant must be able to commit to 1 week of travel every 6- 8 weeks.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in a territory manager position.

• Experience working within the wellness/spa industry or cosmetics/skincare would be highly regarded.

• Experience working to KPI’s, driving sales and revenue.

• Ability to work across multiple clients, projects, events, campaigns and keep to deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• You will be someone with a strong desire to learn and develop your knowledge of the endota business, products and services.
