Assistant Spa Manager - Fortitude Valley

Your Role 

endota Assistant Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing the team of therapists as well as, providing a diverse range of wellness experiences to our clients that improve their wellbeing.

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you are responsible for:

• Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services
• Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs
• Supports the Spa Manager with overall day to day operations of the spa
   

Your Skills & Experience

• You must hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience 
• You have availability to work late nights and weekends
• Previous leadership experience 
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti)
• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service
• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation
