Your Role
endota Spa Training Managers are passionate about leading and developing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.
As the Spa Training Manager at endota, you are responsible for:
Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments while providing the best customer experience.
Undertaking training needs analyses for team members in partnership with the leadership team and developing a monthly training plan.
Preparing and delivering training to the broader spa team.
Providing in-depth knowledge of all endota products and services, allowing the spa team to be able to cross sell other treatments and care plans for clients.
Collaborating with the Spa manager to set goals for spa performance and track therapist performance.
Ensuring endota therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail requirements.
Providing balanced feedback.
Leading and managing training compliance within the spa, ensuring all training records are accurate and up to date.
Your Skills & Experience
You must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous).
Ability to motivate and lead teams to best performance.
Proven ability to reach and maintain your own retail and service KPI’s and inspire your team with your high level of customer service.
Previous retail sales experience with a demonstrated ability to promote treatments and confidently prescribe products.
You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
