About the Role
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Strategist to join endota on a maternity leave contract, leading how our brand is expressed across campaigns, channels and customer moments.
This is a role for a strategic and thoughtful content leader, someone who understands how purposeful storytelling, campaign clarity and performance-led execution come together to drive both brand connection and commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the CMO, Senior Marketing Manager and channel owners, you’ll own the content vision behind our marketing calendar, guiding hero campaigns, product launches and sales moments with consistency, care and measurable impact. You’ll also lead and support a small, high-performing team across social and content.
This role requires someone who brings precision to language, a strong editorial perspective and the ability to shape and refine messaging, so it resonates clearly and consistently across every touchpoint.
This is a full-time role, however consideration for part-time for the suitable candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end content strategy across brand, campaign and performance marketing.
Own the campaign content roadmap, shaping hero messages and narratives that resonate with our community.
Partner with marketing leaders to help deliver the annual marketing strategy and integrated campaign calendar.
Translate briefs into compelling, high-quality content, guiding work from initial concept through to polished final assets.
Oversee content across CRM, social (paid and organic), ecommerce, blogs, digital media, point of sale and campaign assets, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience.
Bring a strong editorial lens to all outputs, ensuring clarity, consistency and attention to detail across every piece of communication.
Lead, support and inspire our Social Media Strategist, Content Marketing Specialist and Social Coordinator.
Set the strategic direction for Paid and Organic Social Media, with clear KPIs and performance measurement.
Work closely with media and performance teams to align content with paid media and SEM activity, including keyword-led messaging, ad copy development and landing page optimisation for campaigns and new product launches.
Act as a collaborative connector across brand, digital, ecommerce and media teams to ensure campaigns land beautifully and effectively.
Plan and manage campaign timelines end-to-end, ensuring milestones are clearly defined, communicated and delivered on schedule.
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, balancing priorities and keeping projects moving smoothly from briefing through to execution.
You will bring
Proven experience leading content strategy within a brand-led, multi-channel marketing environment.
Experience managing and developing content and social specialists.
A strong campaign and commercial mindset, with the ability to balance brand storytelling and performance outcomes.
Experience working across paid media, SEM, social and CRM, with a clear understanding of how content drives consideration and conversion.
Confidence partnering with stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and refine messaging to a high standard.
A sharp editorial eye, strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across a high volume of work.
Highly organised with strong project management capability, able to set direction, manage timelines and lead others to deliver against them.
A calm, structured approach when managing multiple campaigns and competing deadlines.
