We’re looking for a Remedial Therapist to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or newer to the industry, we’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, passionate and genuinely loves helping people feel their best.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering personalised remedial massage treatments to a high standard.
• Conducting thorough consultations and musculoskeletal assessments.
• Creating treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Using a range of remedial techniques to support mobility, recovery and overall wellbeing.
• Recommending appropriate treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintaining clear and professional treatment notes.
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, calm and beautifully presented.
• Being part of a positive, supportive team.
• Continuing to learn and develop your clinical and treatment skills.

You’ll ideally have:

• Diploma of Remedial Massage – HLT52021 or equivalent recognised qualification.
• A strong understanding of anatomy, physiology and musculoskeletal assessment.
• Confidence performing consultations and developing personalised treatment plans.
• A genuine passion for remedial massage, wellness and helping clients achieve their goals.
• Previous experience is great, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
• Great communication and consultation skills.
• A warm, caring and positive personality.
• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Professional, reliable and confident working independently.
• Professional association and health fund provider registration is highly regarded.
• Availability for late nights and weekends.
